As you know, Terror War is the home of several fun tournaments. In order to participate in one of these tournaments, you must meet the following requirements:

Well yes but it's not required cause if you aren't active then you probably wont be here to sign up or play in the tourney. So its kind of common sense that the players will need to be active.
